How it Works

Program Choice. You have either 15 or 30 days to complete the Life Environments 10-Day Cognitive Health and Wellness Challenge™. Setting goals is critical to your success, which is why you can choose from 15 or 30 days to complete your challenge. Once your days have expired, you lose access to the system. Because of schedules and life, most choose the 30-day option to allow more time to focus on the challenge and make room for life’s unexpected events.

Each day you will have about an hour of discovery. Most day’s insight can be read in less time by most readers but set aside an hour just to be safe.

Days 1 and 2. The first 2 days don’t count as challenge days. During these you will learn a surprising amount about life, stress, and how they interact with and shape life’s experience more than all other forces combined. It’s a fascinating pre-challenge exploration. We want you to take it all in and prepare for your challenge.

Challenge Days 1-10. Each day of your challenge starts with discovery. You will explore fascinating insight from our own cognitive expert, Ian Breck, then be challenged to put your new knowledge to use in your life immediately. Ian is known for his easy and fascinating style. He makes amazingly complex topics understandable and actionable. It should come as no surprise that he’s an International best-selling author too!

Once you’ve completed your daily discovery, you are challenged to put your new knowledge to work in your own life. Each day you will receive challenges. Some are simply fun. Others challenge your thoughts and beliefs in unexpected ways – and are tougher but necessary. Regardless of the challenge, each day you will be creating new knowledge, skills and capacity that enables you to start taking back control of your life from stress – and with immediate results!

Most participants choose the 30-day option. Your days begin on the day you join the challenge. Once the days have elapsed, your access to the challenge ends.

What You Will Need…

 

Almost everything you will need is already included with your 10-Day Challenge. However, there are a few things you will need to participate.

  • At least 2 hours daily for discovery and putting your knowledge to work in real-life challenges.
  • Non-noise canceling headphones (preferred) or ear buds to leverage the Immersions 2™ Therapeutic Aural Experiences.   • An Internet-connected device to access your challenge and interact with the technology.
